SUBCONSCIOUS JOURNEY ....

A lesson with Ma'am  Zelda and   Ma'mam Tebogo .... 

 with ma'am Zelda  we watch a move called Awake ...    One day, after a sudden global event wipes out all electronics and takes away humankind’s ability to sleep, chaos ensues. Coma patients awaken, but people can no longer fall asleep, leading to mass chronic sleep deprivation. with one child being immune to the disorder.  in the end  of the movie they discover that one have to die/ reset in order to sleep and dream again . 

 

With ma'am Tebogo ... she broke down the whole dream and sleep cycle

which brings us to the subconscious journey thing ...

the relation between sleep and subconscious mind ....during sleep ,the subconscious mind process and consolidate memories , emotions and experiences , influencing our thoughts , behavior and emotions. Which happens during rem sleep  allowing us to dream.

Dreams  help us learn more about our feelings   as we turn to think more about certain events  that took place during the day before sleep ...  they also help us learn more about our beliefs  and values . .. 

Subconscious  journey -Spiritually 

Some people during Rem sleep turn to predict what is yet to happen , some dream about events that happened   relating to them but took place intheir absence... in the spiritual  beliefs , it is said that  it is your higher self letting you know how certain people feel about you or warning  you about something  or... showing you a clear path. 

E.g dreaming about  meeting  a stranger / interacting  with a stranger ...  then after few days or in the near future , some turn to meet the same familiar face  you dream of.. creating a  sense of familiarity ...as if you've  known the person since forever....  some meeting turn to give one a nostalgic  feeling ... some a sense of fear .. more like a sign .. warning you to stay away from the person ...

With that being said ... 

 Last week   

 I dreamed about  having a run away  corpse ... so basically we were having a gathering ... with the corpse in the room   ,  my conclusion is  it was a funeral ...    while taking the people  to the deceased's room for them to pay respect  to the deceased  .. we discover  that the corpse ran away .
